Affordable Housing Projects
Affordable rental housing for long term and/or transitional tenancy is often unaffordable. As such, AccessHome is developing and acquiring permanent, affordable housing for its consumers by utilizing financial resources, including government agencies/programs, and private lending institutions.

Currently, AccessHome's inventory of affordable housing includes 24 single family homes, of which 23 are Community Living Service homes, 1 duplex, and 3 apartments located in Shasta, Tehama, and Butte counties.  Construction is underway on a triplex in Redding.

AccessHome embraces the following values and guiding principles as it fulfills its mission to provide affordable housing opportunities and assistance for persons with developmental disabilities: Quality Environments; Compassion; Community Collaboration; Integrity; and Self-Sufficiency
