Since 1997, Access Home (Resources for Rural Community Development, Inc.) has been dedicated to one simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we have spent more than two decades creating housing opportunities that empower individuals and families to build brighter, more independent futures throughout Northern California.
At Access Home, we know that housing is more than a roof overhead—it is the foundation for health, stability, dignity, and opportunity. As a proud Housing Development Organization (HDO), we are committed to developing innovative, sustainable housing solutions that serve individuals with developmental disabilities, seniors, veterans, and other underserved populations. Through this partnership, we help create stable living environments where residents can thrive while receiving the services and support they need to live as independently as possible. Working alongside FNRC, care providers, families, and community partners, Access Home is committed to preserving quality housing, promoting inclusion, and enhancing the health, well-being, and quality of life of every individual we serve.
